Slowly but surely, I'm getting things updated! My biggest challenge right now is to get shipping worked out -- and to re-photograph everything I haven't yet re-photographed, such as... all the jewelry! And all the ritual items (bells, pendulums, that sort of thing.) And all the items from Stonewater Arts! And...
Wish me luck!
The first giveaway is almost done! Tomorrow evening, I'll pick a winner at random. Good luck to all who've entered, and if you haven't yet, go go go! http://thedragonsscale.tumblr.com is where the giveaways are happening! The next one starts on Sunday!
Go to our tumblr -- thedragonsscale -- and like or reblog the giveaway post for the chance to snag a copy of the Osho Zen Tarot, complete with deck-bag! The giveaway ends on Saturday, 2/16/2018, so if you'd like to give a new hope to a gently-used tarot deck, every like and reblog counts as an entry, and increases your chance to win.
What to photograph first!
Thanks to the generosity of Stonewater Arts, we have a lovely selection of secondhand ritual items, oracle and tarot decks, a few talking boards and rune sets, and many, many books, all waiting to be priced and photographed and listed to the site.
What would YOU like to see first? Let us know in the comments!
While I work up listings and tweak things around the site, how about a couple of quick giveaways! I have a few tarot decks, either from my or Ell's personal collections, or acquired incidentally. Look for the giveaways to show up on thedragonsscale Tumblr, with post boosts on the dragonsscaleoccult instagram and on our Facebook page as well!
It's been a long time coming, but we're finally making the move to an independent website! I'm looking forward to re-creating all my listings and setting up the shopping cart system, but for now, we have a homepage, and the beginnings of a shop. I had a little too much fun photographing a small selection of products so as to have images on hand for creating the initial site, and I'm hoping people will give me a bit of feedback as to how I can make the site interesting, easy to navigate, and above all, a living, growing space for witches of all kinds to find something just right for their spaces and practices.
